Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon-Thu, 08:00-16:00

Pay: £34.00 per hour (PAYE) / £42.78 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella)

The role

Join the team delivering responsive repairs and maintenance surveying across the Borough. You'll use NHF codes and a PDA to assess works, capture accurate data, and keep IT systems up to date-helping ensure safe, compliant, value‑for‑money outcomes for residents and stakeholders.

What you'll bring

• Extensive surveying experience (repairs & maintenance)
• Strong NHF codes experience
• PDA experience (on‑site data capture)
• Good IT skills (recording, reporting, and communication)

Schedule & assignment details

• Start: Mon 8 December 2025, 08:00
• End: Sun 8 March 2026, 16:00
• Work pattern: Monday-Thursday (no weekends)
