Health, Safety & Environment Manager- Amesbury


Salary: £60,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Amesbury


Looking for a leadership role where you can make a real impact on health, safety, and environmental standards? We're seeking an experienced HS&E Manager to drive compliance and best practice across our operations.

Your Role:

  • Ensure all activities are delivered in full compliance with company management systems and statutory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and operational teams on occupational health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HS&E performance through initiatives, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
  • Support managers in implementing HS&E policies, ensuring accountability and ownership across all departments.
  • Deliver training and mentoring to operational staff, ensuring competence in risk assessment and safe working practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), Chartered IOSH membership (CMIOSH), P405 Asbestos Management, and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
  • Experience: Proven track record in HS&E management within a service or facilities environment, with experience implementing initiatives that improve safety culture and compliance.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to influence and guide managers, and a proactive approach to driving change.
  • Security: Must hold or be eligible to obtain security clearance.
