Position: Secretary
Location: Khafji, Saudi Arabia
Start Date: January 2026
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Sunday-Thursday)
Overtime: Paid at a higher rate.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Secretary to join a leading Oil & Gas client in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in providing administrative and executive support within a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You will play a key part in project coordination, document control, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Document Management: Maintain electronic and physical filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents.
- Communication: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; handle calls and emails professionally.
- Travel & Logistics: Organise travel itineraries, accommodation, and transport for staff.
- Office Coordination: Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors.
- Compliance: Support adherence to company policies and document control processes for projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles.
- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of document control systems and office procedures.
Nationality
Candidates are required from either UK, Ireland, or South Africa.
