Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer (ICR - Chelsea & Sutton)

Make a real impact keeping critical research facilities running. We're looking for a dependable Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across the ICR estate.

What you'll do

• Carry out PPM and breakdowns across HVAC plant: chillers, AHUs, pumps, motors, valves and actuators.
• Support compliance activities (incl. L8) and keep accurate records in the CAFM.
• Build strong relationships with site stakeholders and work safely to Equans SHEQ standards.

Must‑have

• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or City & Guilds equivalent).
• F‑Gas Category 1 certification (full).
• Minimum 5 years' post‑qualification experience in AC/HVAC maintenance.
• Confident with CAFM systems and MS Office (Word, Outlook).

Nice to have

• 18th Edition (IET), PASMA and IPAF.
• Prior FM experience in hospitals/labs is a plus.

The set‑up

• Core pattern is weekdays; role may include late shifts, weekends, and on‑call rota with allowance. PPE required (Hi‑Viz & safety footwear).
