  • Ensure cleanliness classifications, zoning, and storage conditions are correctly applied.
  • Manage inspection, preservation, and maintenance frequencies in line with contractual obligations.

  • Liaise with QA/QC, Stores, and Construction teams to maintain asset integrity.
  • Verify environmental controls (humidity, temperature, protective covers) and take corrective action where needed.
  • Maintain auditable records for lifetime quality documentation and handover.
  • Support audits, surveillance, and inspections to ensure assets are fit for purpose at turnover.

Experience & Requirements

  • Previous experience in care & maintenance, quality, or asset preservation within regulated sectors (nuclear, oil & gas, aerospace, or similar).
  • Strong background in managing cleanliness and preservation controls aligned with high-integrity standards.
  • Engineering or technical qualification (Mechanical, Welding, Quality) - HNC or above preferred.
  • CCNSG Safety Passport (mandatory).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with document management systems (Teamcenter, Proarc, SharePoint, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of cleanliness requirements and care & maintenance obligations in regulated environments.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary up to £73,000 + benefits.
  • Weekly living allowance for eligible candidates.
