Approved Electrician - Exeter
3‑month contract (likely extension) | 37 hrs/week | to start asap.
We are looking for an Approved Electrician to support compliance works across industrial and commercial sites (quarries, breweries, NHS estates) throughout Devon and the South West for a reputable Mechanical and Electrical company.
What you'll do:
- Electrical inspection & testing (BS7671)
- Emergency lighting testing
- Remedial works based on reports
- Travel directly to sites across the South West

- Overtime available (1.5x / 2x rates)
- Monday-Friday with occasional weekend shutdown work
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 + AM2 (or full apprenticeship)
- 18th Edition
- ECS Card
- Strong commercial/industrial experience
Desirable but not essential:
- 2391 Inspection & Testing
- First Aid / Asbestos Awareness
- Recent Basic DBS
