Digital Project Leader

Carbon60 is seeking an experienced Digital Project Leader to support their client's delivery of their digital transformation initiatives, this role is based in Broughton. As a key member of the digitalisation team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's strategic goals through the implementation of innovative digital solutions.

The Digital Project Leader will be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of digital transformation projects across various areas of the business, including PAC, A350, SA02, and SA03
- Creating and maintaining the necessary networks and partnerships with relevant customers, stakeholders, and suppliers
- Interfacing with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy digital solutions
- Aligning the company's digitalisation efforts with new tool sets and deployment strategies
- Utilising data analytics to improve industrial system efficiency and generate value for the plant
- Managing the financial aspects of the digitalisation initiatives, including CAPEX, OPEX, and chargeback
- Championing the adoption of Google Workspace tools and supporting Microsoft decommissioning activities
- Identifying and addressing any potential cybersecurity compliance concerns

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent project management skills with experience in Airbus' project management tools and processes
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with the ability to tailor your style to different stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team, as well as independently
- Understanding of wing operational processes and the ability to map data flows
- Proficiency in data visualisation and communication of insights
- Desirable skills include Skywise knowledge, coding (Python, JavaScript, etc.), and experience with artificial intelligence or robotic process automation
