A leading organisation within the engineering and technical services sector is seeking a Senior Technical Training Specialist to support engineers and customers through expert technical guidance, training delivery, and data‑driven insight.

This role combines hands‑on technical support with the design and delivery of professional training programmes, alongside the analysis of diagnostic and telematics data to proactively identify issues and improve operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing advanced technical support remotely and on site
• Acting as an escalation point for complex technical and diagnostic issues
• Designing, planning, and delivering technical training courses
• Analysing telematics and diagnostic data to identify trends and emerging issues
• Producing clear, actionable insights to support proactive service intervention
• Collaborating with internal and external technical stakeholders
• Maintaining up‑to‑date technical knowledge through ongoing training

About you:

• Strong technical background within an engineering or diagnostics environment
• Experience delivering technical training or supporting technical teams
• Confident analysing data and translating insights into practical actions
• Highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• IT‑literate, adaptable, and solutions‑focused
• Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel nationally (and occasionally internationally)
