What You'll Be Doing

In this dynamic and varied role, you'll become an essential part of how we design, build, test, and deliver exceptional products. You will:

Champion Quality Across the Business

  • Support leaders at all levels to achieve key business goals
  • Ensure full compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards
  • Maintain safe, organised, and high-performing workspaces
  • Jump into reasonable tasks requested by management - flexibility is key!

Shape the Future Through New Product Introduction

  • Get hands-on with tool assembly, tool trials, inspections, and testing
  • Carry out high-level inspection activities (CMM / ISIR / FAIR)
  • Contribute to product development projects
  • Train others in rubber moulding processes
  • Engage directly with customers when needed

Be a Go-To Support for Production Excellence

  • Take on engineering tasks including press builds, repairs, maintenance, and improvements
  • Lead high-level inspection and support others to upskill
  • Create Work Instructions, Sales Drawings, and Inspection Drawings
  • Troubleshoot production issues and drive solutions
  • Own non-conformance investigations and manage CAPAs confidently
  • Support team training and continuous skills development
