Production Engineer

What you'll be doing

• Supporting production with builds, repairs & process improvements
• Driving continuous improvement & optimisation projects
• Troubleshooting issues and boosting operational efficiency
• Supporting NPI with tooling, trials & testing
• Creating Work Instructions & technical documentation
• Collaborating with Quality, Design & Ops teams
• Leading/supporting investigations & CAPA activity

What we're looking for

• Mechanical engineering grounding
• Strong problem‑solving mindset
• Experience in manufacturing or production engineering
• Positive, enthusiastic, team‑oriented attitude
• Someone who loves improving processes and getting hands‑on
