This role supports the development and delivery of multiple work packages within a regulated environment, with strong emphasis on governance, integration, and assurance.

The Role

Reporting to a senior project lead, you will support the end‑to‑end management of offshore transmission projects, ensuring consistent delivery in line with a Large Capital Project Governance Framework. You will work closely with package teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive coordination, readiness for decision gates, and effective performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project integration management across multiple packages, ensuring alignment, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
  • Act as a governance and assurance SME, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project performance, milestones, risks, and issues, producing clear and concise progress reporting.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across the project portfolio.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering technically complex, large capital projects, ideally within energy, transmission, or offshore environments.
  • Background in engineering, construction, or project management, supported by a relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and assurance within a regulated setting.
  • Experience integrating multiple project packages and managing diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Demonstrable people management capability and a strong commitment to safety.
