Assistant Site Manager - Social Housing
Location: Across Liverpool (Sefton, Knowsley, Hoole, Preston)
Rate: £200-£220 per day (Umbrella CIS)
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a social housing refurbishment programme across multiple sites in the Liverpool region. The role focuses on safe, efficient site coordination and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site activities and support the Site Manager with programme delivery
- Coordinate trades, monitor progress and report site updates
- Ensure all works comply with H&S regulations and site procedures
- Carry out basic quality inspections and record snagging items
- Assist with tenant liaison to minimise disruption during works
- Support in managing materials, site documentation and permits
- Conduct scaffold checks and contribute to site safety briefings
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Scaffold Inspection certificate
- CSCS card
- First Aid
- SMSTC
- Fire Marshall
- Asbestos Awareness
- Experience supporting similar social housing or residential refurbishment projects
