Carbon60 is looking to recruit Tiler to work for a leading Facilities Management company based in Oldham. 

Job Title: Aqua Paneling / Wall & Floor Tiler

Location: Oldham OL9

Contract Type: Temporary Contract

Contract Duration: 3 Months Contract

Pay Rate:£26 per hour (CIS)

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Wall & Floor Tiler to carry out installation and finishing works within social housing properties in Oldham. The role will focus on bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring work is completed to a consistent and professional standard.

Requirements

Install aqua paneling in residential properties

Perform wall and floor tiling to a high standard

Work in both occupied and void social housing environments

Follow all health and safety regulations on site

Maintain a clean and organised working area

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• The ideal candidate will be a reliable and skilled tiler with proven experience in residential work.
• They will be comfortable working independently across multiple properties and able to maintain quality standards in both occupied and vacant homes.
• A strong understanding of site safety and professionalism when working in social housing settings is essential.
• Previous experience in social housing (Desirable but not Necessary)

MANDATORY:

• Full UK Driving License (minimum 12 months)
• NVQ Level 2 in Wall & Floor Tiling
• Asbestos Awareness certification
• Valid DBS check
