We're working with a leading UK industrial organisation delivering one of Europe's most ambitious capital transformation programmes. As part of this once‑in‑a‑generation investment, we're seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead programme‑wide planning and scheduling across a complex portfolio.

Reporting into senior programme leadership, this role will own the Integrated Master Schedule, set planning strategy and governance standards, and provide trusted insight to enable safe, predictable, and on‑time delivery. You'll also lead and develop a high‑performing project controls and planning team while partnering closely with engineering, construction, commercial and contractor teams.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Integrated Master Scheduling (Primavera P6)
• Programme‑level planning strategy, assurance and governance
• Critical path and schedule risk analysis
• Earned Value Management (EVM)
• NEC contract alignment and performance reporting
• Senior stakeholder engagement and team leadership

About you:

• Significant experience leading planning / project controls on major CAPEX programmes
• Expert user of Primavera P6, CPM, EVM and schedule risk tools
• Strong NEC contract knowledge
• Confident senior leader with excellent stakeholder influence skills
