Electrical Engineer
Carbon60 AG is actually recruiting 2 Electrical Engineer for his client in Basel Switzerland
Your tasks:
- Design and develop electronic circuits and PCBs using dedicated CAD/EDA software, from schematic capture to board layout.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards throughout the design and integration process.
- Develop and maintain embedded software or scripts to support hardware functionality (basic to intermediate programming required - no expert level needed).
- Contribute to audio/video and IT network integration projects when applicable.
- Prepare project plans, define budgets, and monitor their execution to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Produce clear and structured technical reports to communicate progress, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including design, production, and project management.
- Stay informed about new technologies, components, and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
- Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of electronics (analog and digital).
- knowledge of electrical engineering, with a particular focus on electrical safety.
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (schematic capture and layout).
- Programming skills sufficient to develop, adapt, and debug firmware or control software.
- Ability to plan, budget, and follow up on technical projects.
- Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Optional:
- Knowledge of audio and video systems (signal distribution, integration, troubleshooting).
- Knowledge of IT networks (LAN, switches, routing fundamentals).
- Experience in the aviation industry (not mandatory, but a strong asset).
Desired Characteristics
