Carbon60 is looking for a Bricklayer to join the one of the leading facilities management and maintenance provider based in Oldham location.

ROLE: Bricklayer
PAY RATE: £26.00 per hour Umbrella OR CIS
CONTRACT TYPE: 3 Months Contract (Potential for Extension)
LOCATION: Oldham, OL9

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out bricklaying repairs and maintenance works.
• Complete remedial and planned maintenance tasks on residential properties.
• Undertake repointing, brick replacement, patch repairs, and associated building works.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service when working in occupied properties.
• Accurately complete job sheets and relevant documentation.
• Work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team.
  
  

Essential Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying
• Valid CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate
• Basic DBS Check
