As a key member of our client's call centre, you will be responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries, diagnosing issues, and providing effective solutions on the first contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, showcasing professionalism and empathy
- Diagnose issues and provide efficient and accurate solutions on the first call
- Utilise internal systems and knowledge bases to assist customers confidently
- Document interactions clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in a call centre or customer service role
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a problem-solving mindset
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
