Project Manager

Location: Healthcare Environment, Dorchester Area
Contract Length: Approximately 9 Months
Start Date: ASAP

Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a major construction project within a healthcare environment in the Dorchester area.
The project is currently approximately two-thirds complete and has progressed into the construction and fit-out phase. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the project through this stage and supporting its successful completion.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience delivering projects within healthcare environments
• Experience working for Tier 1 main contractors
• Strong project delivery experience within construction environments
• Experience managing projects through the construction and fit-out stages
• Building services experience would be highly desirable

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the project during the construction and fit-out phase
• Coordinate project activities to maintain programme objectives
• Liaise with project stakeholders and site teams
• Monitor progress and support successful project delivery
• Ensure works are carried out in line with project requirements

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector
• Healthcare project experience preferred
• Previous Tier 1 contractor experience essential
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Available to start at short notice or immediately
