Maintenance Handyperson - St Helens (Nights) Ongoing long term role

NO QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED - ALL U NEED IS TIME SERVED MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR EXPERIENCE

  • £750.00 per week (PAYE)
  • 8pm to 6pm Monday to Friday
  • Ongoing long term Job with very good chance of perm contract
  • Wages paid weekly
  • St Helens in Merseyside

Purpose of Role:

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and repair work within a large commercial building in St Helens.

This will involve maintenance tasks such as straightforward plumbing, changing taps, locks, handles, door repair, working in plant rooms, changing filters on air handling units and carrying out basic electrical work.

Essential Applicant Requirements:

  • All applicants must have time served multi skilled maintenance and repair experience
  • All applicants must be happy to work nights - Monday to Friday - 8pm-6pm
  • all applicants must live within the areas close to St Helens in Merseyside

£750.00 per week (gross) Monday to Friday 8pm - 6pm - long term role
