Essential Candidate Requirements:

• Very good experience in cleaning management or cleaning team supervision
• Very good experience managing or supervising teams of cleaners
• Very good understanding of cleaning standards in lcommercial environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
• IT literate
• Grays In Essex

Summary of Duties:

• Manage a team of cleaners in a large commercial building in Grays in Essex
• Overseeing the delivery of cleaning services is carried to to a very high standard
• Training and developing staff
• Cleaning Budget Management:
• Compliance with Health, Safety regulations
• Liaison with the on site client
• Grays In Essex

£32,000 pa, 07.00-16.00, Monday to Friday, Permanent Role
