Carbon60 and Carbon60 Project Services – recognised as one of the UK’s Top 25 Employers for Veterans – are proud to maintain our Gold Award status in the Ministry of Defence’s ‘Defence Employer Recognition Scheme’.
After securing Gold status in 2019, which acknowledged Carbon60’s dedication to our Armed Forces and Service members, this 2024 accolade celebrates and reinforces our ongoing commitment to veterans and service leavers – along with their families – as they make the shift from military to civilian life and seek to embark on and flourish in new, post-service careers.
Decades of Support for our Service Personnel
Carbon60 have supported, and been in partnership with, the Ministry of Defence and our Armed Forces for more than thirty years.
During this period, we have been devoted to offering veterans and ex-forces personnel the assistance, guidance, and opportunities they require to ensure a smooth, secure, and rewarding transition into civilian careers across various roles and industries – in appreciation and recognition of the engineering, leadership skills, and values they can contribute to the civilian workforce.
Additionally, our team – including 80% of C60 Project Services’ staff who have military backgrounds themselves – dedicate their time to provide insights and support to any veteran or service leaver in need.
The Carbon60 family is committed to honouring veterans and repaying them for their service. Looking ahead to the future, we will continue and build on our partnership with the Ministry of Defence and make lasting, positive impacts on the lives of those who served in the Armed Forces.
