The Electrical Construction Manager Role

As the Electrical Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans, health & safety, and quality standards. You will liaise closely with the project and construction managers to align site progress with programme milestones. With your proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on CCGT projects, you will be a crucial part of the construction team, working collaboratively to deliver the project on time, safely, and in line with the project plan.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Construction Manager

• Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans, health & safety, and quality standards
• Liaise with project and construction managers to align site progress with programme milestones
• Interface closely with project management and client representatives to resolve technical and scheduling issues
• Ensure all works are fully compliant with current legislation, specifications, and security protocols
• Manage resources on site to ensure efficiency, plan labour and material resources ahead of time, and manage subcontractor labour hours

Requirements for the Electrical Construction Manager

• University or Technical Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
• Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on CCGT projects
• Excellent IT skills and advanced use of Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in the English language
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Full Polish working rights
