High Voltage Fitters required for Swansea in South Wales and Bristol, close to Bath and Cardiff. This is a long-term contingent (contract) position installing HV (high voltage) equipment such as power transformers, earth switches and disconnectors within new or existing sub stations.

Skills and Experience:
* Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.
* Strong understanding of Safe Systems of Works and Operational Safety Rules
* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written for collaboration with team members.

Qualifications:
* City & Guilds 2339-17 or 2304 or equivalent
* NVQ Level 3 Power Networks Crafts person Qualification or equivalent

The following qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential:

• Emergency First Aid at Work
• UKTA Asbestos Awareness
• SSSTS or equivalent
• Confined Space qualifications
• PASMA
• IPAF

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long term contract position paid weekly with one of the UK's most established energy company.
