• Assisting the Recruitment team in obtaining security clearances and checks for all new employees
• Managing confidential and complex vetting enquiries
• Serving as the point of contact for vetting issues and problems
• Liaising with UKSV and other external agencies as needed
• Working with electronic vetting databases and IT platforms to obtain and update security clearances
• Providing support to the Security Services department
• Leading departmental projects to ensure successful implementation and meet deadlines

• Proven experience with HMG BPSS and UKSV vetting processes
