PART TIME SITE ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking to recruit a Part Time Site Administrator to work for a leading construction company based in Hereford.

ROLE: Site Administrator

LOCATION: Hereford (HR2)

SALARY: £14 p/h, circa £14,500 per annum

JOB TYPE: temp to perm

HOURS: part time, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible on days, i.e., 3 full days or 5 days x 4 hours shift, etc., site-based.

THE ROLE:

  • Provide general admin support to the Site Manager and project team.
  • Maintain site records, filing systems, and health & safety documentation.
  • Manage deliveries and update materials logs.
  • Coordinate timesheets and assist with subcontractor onboarding.
  • Liaise with head office and assist with document control.
  • Keep site noticeboards and records up to date.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (construction experience preferred but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Friendly and professional manner.
