As the Wireman Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery for this company's critical manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Wireman Team Leader:

• Oversee the Wiring Cell Team, ensuring they meet cost, quality, and delivery KPIs
• Allocate work to support the manufacturing programme and achieve wiring hour targets
• Ensure relevant health, safety, and environmental requirements are in place
• Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Liaise closely with the Production Cell Team, Production Manager, and Engineering Team
• Undertake hands-on Assembly and Wiring activities alongside the Wiring Cell Team

Qualifications and Experience:

• Time-served Electrical Apprenticeship
• Extensive experience in Assembly and Wiring of Control Panels and Equipment
• Proven track record as a working Manufacturing Team Leader
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various teams
