SALES & SERVICE ADVISOR

Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Sales & Service Advisor to work for a leading Specialised Industrial Service Provider based in Carlisle.

ROLE: Sales & Service Advisor

PAY RATE: £12.88 p/h, circa £26,700 per annum

JOB TYPE: temp to perm

LOCATION: Carlisle (CA3)

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:30 -17:00, 40 hours/week

THE ROLE:

• Assist the team on-site with contacting suppliers to update or revalidate expiring quotes/licences for customer-specific engineering components.
• Always provide excellent customer service when responding to phone / email queries.
• Update the internal sales ordering system with administration tasks as required.
• Assist the team with ad-hoc office duties with guidance from colleague.

• Attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Able to show initiative and be willing and proactive in training provided to apply to the role.
• Full training will be provided for all aspects of this role.
