Key Details:
- Location: Prestwick, Scotland
- Salary: £31,000 per annum
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
- Start Date: ASAP
Role Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current legislation.
- Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Handle queries related to pay, deductions, and statutory payments.
- Support audits and reporting requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in payroll administration.
- Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
