Our international client is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join their team, for an exciting project based in Turek, Poland

Your Role will encompass:

  • Acting as the primary focal point of the client with the end-client and consortium partner.
  • Leading and managing the construction of the project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Overseeing all construction activities, including site preparation, power plant construction, equipment installation, and infrastructure development.
  • Providing technical guidance and support throughout the construction process, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, supervising their work, and ensuring alignment with project specifications.
  • Implementing quality control procedures and conducting inspections to maintain the highest construction standards.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Promoting clear communication and cooperation with engineers, designers, consultants, and local authorities.
  • Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and fostering a safety-first culture on-site.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reporting to all project stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally 10+ years of relevant work experience in managing large-scale industrial or energy construction projects.
  • University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Polish or Greek is a plus.
  • Certification in Project Management will be considered an asset.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability and willingness to be based full-time at the project site in Turek, Poland.
