Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced EC&I Construction Manager to lead the electrical and instrumentation construction activities on a major project in Hull.

You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of EC&I scopes, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all EC&I construction and installation activities on site
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Conduct site visits and HSE audits
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets
  • Support procurement and material planning for timely execution
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Coordinate EC&I works with other trades and disciplines
  • Provide leadership and guidance to EC&I teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in EC&I construction management within industrial or energy sectors
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Relevant qualifications in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline
