Reliability Engineering Team Manager based in a large engineering and manufacturing site in Scarborough
- £42k - £45k per annum plus car allowance

- Monday to Friday - 07.30-4.30pm
Purpose of role
Leading a small three person engineering team, you will be driving maintenance improvement to plant machinery, reducing downtime, overseeing plant machinery performance and monitoring condition of plant machinery, advise on preventative actions , investigating plant machinery issues using root cause analysis and data collected by the team, work on fixes and make suggestions going forward to avoid future machinery issues and breakdowns.
All Applicants must have the following
- HNC or equivalent in a mechanical or electrical engineering discipline
- Very good knowledge of Reliability Engineering related to plant machinery
- Very good engineering management experience in an FMCG environment
- Experience of Root Cause Analysis
