Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil / Structural Inspector to support energy sector projects across Germany. This is a long-term, full-time resident role requiring on-site presence five days per week. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring structural integrity and compliance with engineering standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of civil and structural works to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and site personnel to resolve issues and ensure quality assurance.
• Monitor construction activities and identify potential risks or deviations.
• Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil/structural inspection within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong knowledge of European construction standards and regulations.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Germany with valid right to work.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
