Job Opportunity: Quality Assistant - Northfleet Mill
Location: Northfleet Mill
Contract Duration: 25th August 2025 - 24th February 2026

Are you detail-oriented, passionate about quality, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team? We're looking for a Quality Assistant to join our professional team at Northfleet Mill, supporting the production of one of the UK's most trusted brands.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Collect and test base sheet and finished product samples for statistical evaluation.
Ensure compliance with finished product specifications.
Validate lab and satellite lab test equipment.
Provide timely updates to the Mill Quality Analyst on testing issues.
Support shift, day work, and product development teams with ad hoc testing.
Assist in the continual improvement and administration of the Quality Management System.
Manage calibration schedules and equipment conformance documentation.
Promote a culture of quality excellence across mill teams.

✅ What We're Looking For:
Computer literate and numerate.
Strong administrative and communication skills.
Flexible and able to manage varying workloads.
High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Experience in laboratory testing (desirable but not essential).
