About the Role

• Facilitating the unserviceable core return transactions and pool balancing
• Providing service level reconciliation, order updates, and status reporting
• Resolving issues related to parts arriving at customer locations
• Supporting Boeing and partner RCCA and SL discussions
• Gathering and reporting customer-specific service level metrics
