For our client working in aviation and located at Basel Euroairport we are looking for a Facility Assistant that will support the Real Estate and Facaility Management Team located in Basel, with Budget Management and Administration activities.

* Start date: ASAP
* Planned duration: 4 months, extension possible
* Workplace: Basel Euroairport
* Workload: 100%

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Manage, track and report all department Purchase Orders and invoices
* Reporting budget, spend and forecast for department OPEX and CAPEX Projects
* Monitor real estate and facility supplier contracts and support creation of new contracts, contract renewals or terminations
* Provide support to the company's Real Estate & Facility Management projects
* Ensure compliance to all applicable procedures, rules, and regulations
* Develop and support implementation of processes and tools for continuous improvement
* Produce effective professional documents, reports, presentations, and communication
* Respond to and follow-up on all requests in a timely and efficient manner

Must Haves:

* Finalized vocational diploma in administration, or bachelor degree in business administration or similar
* Three years of experience as Assistant, Support function in any finance related industry
* Experience in the finance, accounting or purchasing environment
* Ability to use Excel and SAP , Power BI and AutoCAD is an advantage
* Very good oral, written and communication skills in English (B2 Level) and French (B1 Level), German would be an advantage
* Ability to successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders
* Self motivated and independent personality that is happy to work within a team and in a fast changing environment
* Accurate, efficient and solution oriented way of working
